Calorifiers are generally used for storing hot water. In order to heat the hot water, a heat exchanger can be used, utilizing heat from elsewhere – waste heat from industrial applications, oil, water, steam, and other sources can all be utilized in the heat exchanger, Heat is then transferred to the storage tank to heat the hot water.
